Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions By booking your appointment you agree to the following terms and conditions: What to expect: The session is not intended to be used in place of any professional, medical, financial or legal advice. You agree to voluntarily attend the session. Late Policy: If you are late to your appointment, your session will be shortened by the length of time in which you are late. You will still be charged for the full length of the appointment. I.e. appointments will not be pro-rated for late arrivals. Cancellation Policy: There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled more than 72 hours prior to your first appointment will be issued a refund. Appointments canceled within 72 hours of your first appointment will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds once we have completed your first appointment. Rescheduling: Rescheduling may be done by the client 72 hours prior to your appointment. No Shows: No shows will not receive a refund. Age: By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, or you have written and oral confirmation from your guardian.
